TRACEY SPENCER, PH.D.

I am a licensed psychologist in the District of Columbia. I received my Ph.D. at Boston College in 1995 in Counseling Psychology. I have worked in public schools as well as college counseling centers and graduate schools over the years. I also provided psychological assessment, facilitated groups and provided counseling within public, charter, college and graduate schools. Most recently I have been working in private practice with adolescents and adults. I am an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield.
